How ORVX works
From your store's data to a decision you can trust.
What ORVX reads, how it calculates, and why the decision stays yours.
Not another dashboard
Dashboards show you numbers. NOVA tells you what they mean.
NOVA reviews the business before you arrive and brings you what needs you.

You interpret everything
NOVA
"Profit fell 9%. Here are the three reasons. One decision needs you today."
NOVA interprets first
Ask your business anything
In your own words. Answered from your own figures.
Every answer shows the calculation and the data behind it.
What should I focus on today?Priority review
Which products are actually making money?Product ranking
Why did profit change compared with last week?Period comparison
Which products will stock out soon?Inventory review
How much can I spend on ads and still break even?Break-even analysis
How much money is tied up in inventory?Inventory review
Which products should I stop selling?Product signals
What are my biggest expenses?Expense breakdown
The data comes to the conversation.
No report hunting. The figures appear with the answer, ranked, compared and labelled if an AI model was used.
Which product made the most profit this month?
Linen Overshirt
- 2 · Merino Crew 58.2% margin
- 3 · Canvas Tote 49.0% margin
Truthful by design
NOVA doesn't guess your numbers.
Every figure comes from your data and a fixed calculation. NOVA explains it and never makes one up.
How ORVX works
Same period, same number. The brief, the answer and the report always agree.
Not this
Answers are checked against ORVX's calculations. A figure it can't calculate shows as unavailable.
Delivered, not placed
Revenue counts when an order closes, minus returns. A cancelled order never counts.
Cost to the unit
Cost of goods per item, from your production runs. Margin is real, not a rule of thumb.
One calculation
Every figure comes from the one engine NOVA reads. Nothing is recalculated for the chat.
From answers to recommendations
Ask. Analyze. Explain. Recommend. You decide.
NOVA turns questions into recommendations with evidence. She never changes your store or ads.
You
NOVA
Both are below break-even once their ad spend is counted. I'd check their costs and prices before cutting spend.

Each recommendation has one state: Needs attention, New, Saved, Reviewed or Dismissed. States record your review. Nothing runs because of them.
Recommendations
Not more alerts. Recommendations.
NOVA brings what an alert leaves out: whether it matters, what it cost, and your options.
An alert
"CAC increased."
Now what?
A recommendation from NOVA
Acquisition cost rose 18% while contribution fell 11%.
Review whether to: cut spend on the products below break-even · check Product X returns first · hold and re-measure next week.
Evidence attached
A review queue, not a task list. Every decision is yours. ORVX never changes your ad spend, prices or store.
Data health
NOVA tells you when she doesn't know.
Missing costs or ad accounts are flagged, never filled in. You see what is solid, what is partial, and what to connect.
Unknown is not zero.
3 products are missing a cost, and no ad account is connected. Fix data →
And the health score says what it is made of.
A weighted average of six measured dimensions. ORVX shows which it could measure.
A dimension it can't measure yet is left out rather than scored as zero.

Deterministic figures

Questions
Every question about ORVX
NOVA is ORVX's AI analyst, the part of ORVX you talk to. She explains what changed and why, and recommends what to look at next. The decision stays with you. She is an AI, not a person, and she says so.
No. Every figure is calculated by ORVX's engine from your data, and NOVA explains it. If a figure can't be calculated, such as a missing product cost or an unconnected ad account, she says it is unavailable.
No. NOVA recommends and you decide. ORVX never changes your ad spend, prices or store, and no agent acts on your behalf. Saving, reviewing or dismissing only records your own review.
No. Shopify is one connection among several, and ORVX only reads from it. Meta Ads and Google Ads connect for advertising, and you can enter products, orders and expenses by hand.
Revenue counts delivered orders by their close date, minus returns. ORVX then subtracts cost of goods (per item, from your production run, spread across good units after defects), operating expenses and ad spend. What remains is net profit. One calculation feeds every figure, so the brief, NOVA's answer and the report always agree.
NOVA says so instead of filling the gap. A figure ORVX can't compute shows as unavailable, not as zero: without product costs she won't claim your profit, and without an ad account she won't invent a CAC. Data Health shows what is missing and what to connect.
Both. NOVA is the conversation for whoever owns the P&L. Your team works in the Business Console (orders, products, inventory, expenses, reports, ads and operations), with roles that decide who sees what. An operations lead can run fulfilment without seeing payroll.
Yes. Every account starts on a 14-day Intelligence trial with no card, and you can move between Core and Intelligence at any time. Yearly billing is two months free, and ORVX does not bill per order.
