The 14-day money-back period

If ORVX is not right for your business, write to us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies to the first payment for a monthly or annual plan and to each renewal. You do not have to give a reason, although it helps us to know.

After 14 days

Fees are paid in advance for the period you chose. Once 14 days have passed since a payment, it is not refundable for the period it covers, unless the applicable law gives you a right to a refund.

A charge taken in error, such as a duplicate payment, is refunded whenever you tell us about it.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal: your access continues until the end of the period already paid, and you are not charged again. If you need help cancelling, write to support@orvx.ai.

How to ask for a refund

  • Write to support@orvx.ai from the email address on your account, or use the support chat on orvx.ai.
  • Include your order or receipt number if you have it.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method. Once issued, they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Purchases made on orvx.ai

Purchases made directly on orvx.ai are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for your order. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice and makes any refund under this policy. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to the purchase.

Plans billed through Shopify

If you use ORVX through the Shopify App Store, your plan is billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, and charges and refunds follow Shopify's billing terms. Write to us and we will help.
